1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To create an account on hot63 and access any real-money games, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

2 Account Responsibility and Security

Your hot63 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including all bets placed and all transactions initiated.

• You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any other person.
• You must notify hot63 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account, including family members.
• hot63 uses OTP verification and SSL encryption to protect your account. You are responsible for ensuring your own device security, including keeping your email and phone number secure.

hot63 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate security over their login details or device.

3 Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on hot63 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). hot63 accepts deposits through supported Philippine payment channels including GCash, Maya, and Philippine online banking and bank transfer.

• All funds deposited to your hot63 account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on hot63.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed during the deposit process within your account.
• hot63 does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any such fees.
• hot63 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited into your account as part of ongoing compliance checks.

Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within a reasonable time, contact hot63 support with your transaction reference number.

4 Withdrawals and KYC Verification

Withdrawals from your hot63 balance are processed to your verified Philippine payment account in PHP. To withdraw funds, your account must have completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

• KYC verification requires you to submit a valid government-issued ID and may include proof of address or additional documents as requested by hot63.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered under your verified name and matching the details on your hot63 account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. These are displayed within your account at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
• hot63 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to investigate the account for fraud, bonus abuse, or other compliance concerns.
• Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. hot63 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

If your withdrawal is declined or placed on hold, hot63 support will notify you with the reason and any steps required to resolve the matter.

5 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All game outcomes on hot63 are governed by the rules of the individual game titles available on the platform. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

• Game results are final once a round or session is completed. hot63 will not reverse or adjust game results except in cases of a verified technical error.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, exploits, bots, or collusion is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Placing bets on games while under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgement is done entirely at your own risk. hot63 will not reverse bets or transactions under these circumstances.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, the bet or round may be settled according to the game provider's standard rules for interrupted sessions.

hot63 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome. Players will be informed in such cases and affected funds returned.

6 Promotions and Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds and may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

• hot63 is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors outside the platform's control, or delays caused by third-party payment providers.

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hot63's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in the player's account at the time of the claim.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

hot63 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities, bonuses, or game mechanics.
• Using the platform in a way that is harmful to other players or to hot63's operations.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach, hot63 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, any eligible balance will be returned to the player through their verified payment method.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting hot63 support. Any real-money balance in the account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the verified payment method on file, subject to completion of KYC verification.

10 Changes to These Terms

hot63 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date shown at the top. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations as a player, hot63 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through in-platform notifications or by email to the address on file.
